ロシア税関 中国からの非書留国際小包を通関拒否

　ECサイトのBuyincoins(中国)は中国からロシア宛の国際小包について、
2015年1月10日以降書留サービスを付加しない場合、通関が拒否されると発表した。
同サイトではロシア宛の荷物について書留オプション(有料)を強制することで対応する。
